Welcome to The Dance of Hearts – a digital universe filled with inspiration for those who wish to create joy and presence through movement and music.
Right here you will find free access to the book The Dance of Hearts, beautiful music pieces, and inspiring videos based on the experiences from Bella Speranza.
Bella Speranza was an NGO project that ran from 2012 to 2020, created by volunteers at the Royal Danish Theatre, with the aim of providing chronically ill children with a break from their illness. Through dance, movement, and music, the children could express themselves freely and find strength in their bodies, regardless of physical limitations. The project demonstrated how presence, care, and creativity can bring about change and joy – without large budgets or demands for perfection.
Now, you can draw inspiration from Bella Speranza and create your own project.
